Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking a motivated Recruiter to support hiring efforts for field operations, CDL drivers, skilled trades, technicians, and leadership roles across the energy and infrastructure services business.

Based in Canonsburg, PA, this role requires proactive sourcing, strong relationship-building with hiring managers, and the ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment. Occasional travel to interview sites and events is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in staffing or industrial settings
• Experience in high-volume recruiting
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and understand position requirements
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Screen and interview applicants to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit
• Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual interviews

Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking a motivated, results-driven Recruiter who knows how to hustle, take initiative, and get results. This role will support hiring efforts for field operations, CDL drivers, skilled trades, technicians, and leadership positions across our energy and infrastructure services business.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment, is comfortable picking up the phone, proactively sourcing candidates, and managing multiple open positions. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, builds strong relationships with hiring managers, and isn't afraid to get creative when finding talent in competitive markets. The Recruiter will work closely with operational leaders, participate in recruiting events, and play a key role in bringing the right people into our organization.

This role is based out of our Canonsburg, PA Office.
