The Regional Recruiter for the Missouri Region is responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment initiatives to attract, hire, and retain high-quality healthcare professionals and support staff across assigned NHC partner locations. This role partners closely with facility Managers and leadership teams to understand workforce needs, ensure timely hiring, and support NHC’s commitment to excellence in patient care and partner satisfaction.
The Regional Recruiter plays a key role in building strong candidate pipelines, promoting NHC as an employer of choice, and ensuring a positive and efficient hiring experience aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements.
NHC Missouri Region includes 9 skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers along with 2 AL/IL, MC facilities that are located throughout Missouri including Desloge, Joplin, Kennett, Macon, Maryland Heights, Osage Beach, Springfield, St. Charles, West Plains, Lake St. Charles, and St. Peters MC.
