Job summary

Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Recruiter (PT/PRN) in HR Talent Acquisition to identify and evaluate candidates for opportunities in the United States. The role partners with hiring managers to attract top talent and build a strong candidate slate.

You will conduct interviews, verify credentials, manage the applicant database, and support onboarding while driving growth in a mission-driven organization serving underserved populations.

Qualifications

  • Two years’ recruitment experience required.
  • Healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for corrections a plus.
  • This position is available only to residents of the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to source candidates.
  • Conduct telephone and personal interviews, verify credentials, and perform background checks.
  • Manage applicant database and track recruitment costs and success.
  • Coordinate recruiting events, including job fairs and company recruitment presentations.
  • Assist with onboarding, create offer letters, and ensure paperwork is completed.

How you make a difference

The Recruiter (PT/PRN) is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and recommending candidates for employment opportunities within an assigned region of the company. They will work collaboratively with hiring managers and HR staff to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to source candidates using available resources.
  • Conduct telephone and personal interviews with candidates, verify credentials, and conduct background checks.
  • Manage applicant database/tracking system and track recruitment costs and success.
  • Coordinate and attend recruiting events, including job fairs and company recruitment presentations.
  • Assist with on-boarding of new hires, create offer letters, and ensure necessary paperwork is completed.
