Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in the United States is seeking a Recruiter I to support end-to-end recruiting efforts for contractors, with a fully remote, temp-to-perm engagement. The role centers on sourcing, screening, interviewing, making offers, and onboarding activities for new contractors.

You will collaborate with the Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, and HR to drive recruitment processes, monitor market conditions, and report progress.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Administrate defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited and develop relationships with Hiring Managers, HR, and recruitment team-mates.
• Provide recruitment updates and inform management of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
• Execute recruitment strategies including advertising, job fairs, remote recruitment, and maintenance of recruitment materials.
• Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.

We are hiring a Recruiter I to support Ryder Supply Chain Solutions.

Job Details

• Pay Type: Exempt/Salary
• Salary Range: $58,000 - $60,000
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Full Life Cycle Recruiting experience, required.
• Fully Remote - Temp to Perm

Summary

Includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer (negotiation & acceptance) completion of contractor hiring administrative processes, and on-boarding of new contractors.

Essential Functions

• Role will be responsible for administrating defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited and developing/manging relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment team-mates
• Recruiters are also responsible for recruitment updates and keeping the management team informed of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment
• Performance will be measured, in part, upon KPI measures, execution of recruitment strategies which include advertising methods, job fairs, remote recruitment techniques, maintenance of recruitment materials, and keeping the management team informed of recruitment progress and issues affecting recruiting
• Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts

Compensation Information

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:

• Minimum Pay Range: $58,000
• Maximum Pay Range: $60,000
