Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work with Hiring Managers and HR teams.

Responsabilités

• Administer defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited.
• Develop and manage relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment team-mates.
• Provide recruitment updates and inform management about market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
• Implement recruitment strategies including advertising methods, job fairs, remote recruitment techniques, and maintenance of recruitment materials.
• Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.

Summary Includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer (negotiation & acceptance) completion of contractor hiring administrative processes, and on-boarding of new contractors.

Role will be responsible for administrating defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited and developing/managing relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment team-mates

Recruiters are also responsible for recruitment updates and keeping the management team informed of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment

Performance will be measured, in part, upon KPI measures, execution of recruitment strategies which include advertising methods, job fairs, remote recruitment techniques, maintenance of recruitment materials, and keeping the management team informed of recruitment progress and issues affecting recruiting
