Qualifications

• SHRM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment process under HR Director's direction.
• Collaborate to draft job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Identify efficient recruiting methods based on role and industry standards.
• Assist with job postings and advertisement processes.
• Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
• Schedule and assist with interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Job description

Summit Spine and Joint Centers (SSJC) is on track to become the largest comprehensive spine and joint care provider in the nation while providing clinical, surgical and imaging services to our patients. We are seeking a full-time, self motivated Recruiter who loves to transform lives through exceptional patient care! This position will be based out of our admin building in Lawrenceville, GA.

Responsibilities

• Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process under the direction of the HR Director.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
• Assist with job posting and advertisement processes.
• Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
• Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
• At least three years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
• SHRM certification preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
