Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Recruiter to join our team in the eastern time zone. You will lead full-cycle recruitment, develop sourcing strategies, and partner with Hiring Managers to deliver top talent.

This role emphasizes high-touch candidate relationships, strong knowledge of ATS, and strategic sourcing methodologies across pharma, manufacturing, and engineering domains. A 4-year degree is preferred; HS diploma is acceptable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in full cycle recruitment or sourcing at RPO or client-facing roles.
• 3+ years in developing sourcing methodologies including market mapping and Boolean searches.
• 3+ years with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• 3+ years of client-facing interactions with Hiring Managers.
• Excellent interviewing skills; behavioral-based interviews.
• HS diploma; 4-year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with Business Partners to align sourcing activities to workforce plans and understands recruitment needs.
• Identifies the channels and strategy to source candidates matching client requirements.
• Defines, designs, and helps implement the sourcing strategy for building talent pools of specific candidate profiles.
• Ensures the development and optimization of broad range sourcing channels that will improve the quantity and quality of the client talent pools.
• Measures and monitors the effectiveness of the strategic sourcing framework against predefined outcomes.
• Assists clients to clearly define and develop a compelling employee value proposition and incorporate this into the sourcing strategy framework.
• Sources, secures, and leverages relevant media and communication channels.
• Ensures effective candidate relationship management strategies are developed and utilized by the sourcing team to build strong relationships with the passive candidate community.
• Defines and leads the framework for client sourcing strategies: gathering competitive intelligence, developing targeted sourcing environments, conducting research into competing companies and creates talent maps.
• Partners with the recruiters and team members to generate ideas and share information to facilitate effective searches.
• Provides responsive and proactive customer service via telephone, e-mail, etc.
• Provides support, advice, and coaching to team members.

As a member of Korn Ferry, the Recruiter will build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients. This role focuses on high-touch candidate relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness in client facing activities. The Recruiter is the subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies, and recruitment process effectiveness.

RequiredSkills

• 3+ years of full cycle recruitment or sourcing experience in RPO and client-facing. Prefer experience recruiting for Pharma , Manufacturing & Operations, Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies, and Boolean searches
• 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience
• 3+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process
• 3+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews
• HighSchoolDiploma. 4-year degree preferred
• Expected compensation range is $70k-$85k
