Job summary

Knobelsdorff Electric Inc. (KE) seeks a seasoned recruiter to join our team and drive high-volume, enterprise-level hiring across diverse projects. You will shape candidate experience and hiring metrics while partnering with a growing team in a fast-paced environment.

Travel to the Oglesby, IL office or career events in Illinois is required. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; strong ATS and social-recruiting experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience including talent acquisition or enterprise-level hiring
• Experience managing high-volume or complex recruiting initiatives
• Willingness to travel to Oglesby, IL office or career events across Illinois
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Strong understanding of hiring best practices and candidate experience strategies
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and translate data into insights
• Tech-savvy with social recruiting and modern sourcing strategies
• Experience in proactive sourcing on Indeed, LinkedIn, and similar platforms
