Compass is seeking a Contract Recruiter in Los Angeles to drive talent acquisition across multiple departments. You will partner with hiring managers to craft sourcing strategies, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and promote Compass' culture externally.

The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, rapid screening, and excellent communication to build strong pipelines of active and passive candidates, ensuring a professional candidate experience in the California market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing.
• Experience managing candidate pipelines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
• BA or BS with a strong academic record.
• Must multi-task and manage a robust/full pipeline with efficiency and constant attention.
• High level of interpersonal skills and strong ability to engage both active and passive candidates.
• Considerable skill in interviewing techniques.
• Knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse or Oracle is a plus).

Compass is looking for a Contract Recruiter who will drive the Company’s talent acquisition strategy for our growing teams across a variety of departments. As a Contract Recruiter, you’ll partner with hiring managers and recruiting to develop, drive, and manage sourcing/recruiting strategies. In addition, you will assist in developing and promoting the Company’s culture internally and externally.

The base pay range for this position is $35-40 per hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay is based on market location. The minimum wage for the position will always be met.
