Qualifications

• 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience recruiting for roles from shop floor to engineering and management.
• Proven ability to source via job boards, social media and professional networking in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, terminology and industry-specific skills.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS in manufacturing organizations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various manufacturing roles, from entry-level to leadership.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including offer negotiation and pre-employment checks.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Utilize ATS to track candidate progress and generate recruitment reports.
• Actively participate in job fairs, industry events, and campus recruitment initiatives.
