Job summary

Elite Staffing in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a Recruiter On Site for the 2nd shift to manage staffing needs with a bilingual focus. This is an onsite role to demonstrate administrative and customer service skills, with the goal of moving into a supervisory role.

Schedule is 2:00pm-11:00pm, Monday–Friday with some Saturdays and a $52,000–$53,000 DOE range. Duties include sourcing, daily client communications, liaison between client and staffing firm, processing new hire applications and promoting

• Experience recruiting in light industrial industry.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
