We are seeking a Recruiter for a full-time, staff position. The Recruiter reports to the account manager and senior recruiters, developing sourcing and screening techniques to fill immediate openings and build pipelines for future roles. This role offers a career path from a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist or the opportunity to become a Yoh Certified Recruiter. The Recruiter will aim to meet individual and team goals, growing within the organization.

What You Need to Bring:

  • Two to five years of IT staffing experience
  • AIRS certification preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Execute full lifecycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates, while meeting productivity goals.
  • Support the interview process, perform screening, and manage offers.
  • Build and sustain relationships with candidates and clients, utilizing networking tools and social media.
  • Manage contract employees and address related issues.
  • Understand client needs and prioritize accordingly.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Benefits:

The salary range for this role is $48,320 - $72,480, based on experience and location.
