Our firm is seeking someone who can conduct a high volume of recruiting activities daily. Must work well in a team environment and have a functional home office setup with reliable internet. There is a clear path for advancement.

Responsibilities include:

1. Finding candidates through research, networking, referrals, and the Internet
2. Pre-qualifying candidates and conducting numerous phone interviews to assess skills, employment background, and qualifications

Initial hours & pay:

8:00 - 4:00, Monday through Thursday (Fridays off) - extremely flexible schedule, ideal for working parents. Pay: $16/hour plus significant bonuses. Benefits include a strong retirement plan, vacation, sick days, and holidays.

Candidate requirements:

• 7+ years experience in recruiting, supervision, and/or customer service
• Supervisory or hiring background is highly beneficial
• Strong communication skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Self-driven and goal-oriented
• Reside in upstate New York or Delaware
