Aston Carter is actively seeking Recruiters/Sourcers for high-volume early career hiring in a fast-paced TA team based in Seattle, WA. This contract role is 100% onsite in Seattle, WA (or Chicago, IL) and focuses on candidate engagement, pipeline development, and stakeholder collaboration to attract top talent at the start of their careers.

This role is ideal for recruiting professionals who enjoy candidate engagement, sourcing, relationship management, and partnering with stakeholders to attract top talent at the beginning of their careers. Role is 100% onsite in Chicago, IL OR Seattle, WA. What You'll Do

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $36.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
