Job summary

Ascentria Care Alliance is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for a variety of mission-driven positions. You will build relationships with hiring leaders and act as a trusted talent advisor while proactively sourcing candidates and creating strong talent pipelines.

The role is hybrid, requiring residency in MA or CT. You will deliver a warm, engaging candidate experience and participate in events to promote our mission and hiring goals.

• Help us continue to strengthen how we attract, hire, and welcome exceptional people into our organization.
• Play a key role in supporting our growth by helping build the workforce needed to expand our impact and serve more individuals, families, and communities.

Who We're Looking For

You’re someone who genuinely loves recruiting and loves people. You’re proactive, organized, creative, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and energized by finding the right person for the right opportunity. Experience recruiting within healthcare, long-term care/skilled nursing, human services, or the nonprofit sector is strongly preferred. Experience recruiting nurses, CNAs, clinical professionals, or other high-volume healthcare roles is a big plus. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who understands that great recruiting is about relationships, not transactions.
