Job summary

Magnolia Plumbing, LLC is seeking a full-time Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in the Washington, DC area. The role includes travel to support field offices in Hyattsville and Laurel, MD.

On-site during training; hybrid eligibility may be discussed after successful training and consistent performance. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of recruiting experience, ATS experience (Paylocity a plus), and strong interviewing and communication skills.

• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and industry associations.
• Screen applicants and follow up on referrals to assess qualifications and fit.
• Manage the interview process, including phone screens and coordination with hiring teams.
• Present shortlists and hiring recommendations to hiring managers with clear rationale.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines by cultivating relationships with schools, alumni groups, and professional organizations.
• Represent Magnolia Plumbing, LLC at job fairs and recruiting events to attract qualified candidates.

About the Role

Magnolia Plumbing, LLC is seeking a full-time Recruiter with service-industry recruiting experience (plumbing, HVAC, or similar preferred) to join our Human Resources team. Plumbing and HVAC recruiting experience is highly preferred. This role is based in our NE Washington, DC office and includes travel to support field offices in Hyattsville and Laurel, MD.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and industry associations
• Screen applicants and follow up on referrals to assess qualifications and fit
