Job summary

Independence Realty Trust is seeking a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team across multiple markets (Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Orlando or Tampa, FL). You will lead full-cycle recruiting, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to deliver an excellent candidate experience.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish, have experience in high-volume recruiting, and be proficient with ATS and MS Office tools to support rapid, quality hires.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, colleges, and industry organizations.
• Manage open requisitions in the ATS, including posting jobs and moving candidates through the hiring process.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume positions.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers across multiple markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to update job descriptions and recruiting strategies.
• Coordinate pre-employment assessments as needed.
• Prepare offer letters and extend employment offers; initiate background screenings.
• Ensure smooth transition from recruitment to onboarding and maintain strong candidate experience.
• Administer the employee referral program and track referrals.
• Support recruitment initiatives and events.

Your Day-to-Day

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
• Previous full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
