Job summary

Pixelle Specialty Solutions in the United States is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the full recruiting lifecycle for hourly and salaried roles across manufacturing, skilled trades, technical, professional, and leadership positions.

You will partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, prepare offers, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from position approval through accepted offer and pre-employment activities.
• Recruit for a variety of hourly and salaried positions, including manufacturing, skilled trades, technical, professional, and leadership roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, candidate profiles, staffing priorities, and hiring timelines.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, community partnerships, career fairs, schools, and other recruiting channels.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Create and post job openings and ensure postings accurately reflect position requirements.
• Review applications and resumes, conduct initial candidate screens, and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the selection process.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers regarding interviewing, candidate selection, compensation considerations, and recruiting best practices.
• Prepare and extend employment offers in partnership with Human Resources and hiring managers.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including background checks, drug screens, and other applicable hiring requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting information within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Monitor recruiting activity and provide updates regarding open positions, candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, and recruiting challenges.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for frequently filled and difficult-to-fill positions.
• Build relationships with local schools, colleges, technical programs, workforce organizations, community groups, and other recruiting partners.
• Participate in career fairs, hiring events, community events, and other recruiting activities.
• Support internship and co-op recruiting activities as needed.
• Ensure recruiting and selection practices are consistent, professional, and compliant with applicable employment laws and company policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and overall hiring effectiveness.
• Assist with additional Human Resources projects and initiatives as needed.
