Job summary

Elite Executive Partners is seeking a Recruiter to join our team in downtown Sioux City. You will manage recruiting for several clients and open positions at once, with most searches rooted in Siouxland and some outside the area.

Daily tasks include researching candidates, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to clients, while maintaining organized candidate records and collaborating with the Elite team to solve hiring challenges.

Elite Executive Partners is growing, and we’re looking for another Recruiter to join our team in downtown Sioux City.

In this role, you’ll manage recruiting for several clients and open positions at once. Most of the businesses we support are rooted in Siouxland, with additional searches outside the area.

The work is varied. You may conduct a quick search for an Electrician while also managing longer-term searches for Accountants, HR professionals, Estimators, Project Managers, Maintenance Managers, Plant Managers, and other professional or skilled positions. Some roles can be filled quickly. Others require weeks of research, outreach, and relationship-building to find the right person.

Our clients range from large, multisite manufacturers to small, family-owned industrial service companies, law firms, medical offices, and other local businesses. Every search is different, and you’ll gain an inside look at how many different organizations operate.

What You’ll Do
