Qualifications

We're growing our Sharonville office and looking for a driven recruiter who loves building relationships. Our focus is primarily on roles with Fortune 500 and other clients in the CPG, Pharma, and Professional Services industries.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting or industry experience (consumer products, pharma, aerospace, IT, scientific, automotive, food & beverage, or related)
• Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field (engineering, communications, business, chemistry, biology, etc.)
• Strong communication, listening, and analytical skills
• A results-driven mindset and a passion for people and networking
• Prospecting or cold-calling experience is a plus, but not required
