Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Job Description: Would you like to be a central part of a recruiting team that is responsible for fueling the rapid growth of AWS globally? Are you a builder? Are you a process-oriented, data-driven recruiting leader that loves to dive deep to fix complex operational challenges, allowing for greater scalability and global impact? We are seeking a talented Technical Recruiter that will support specialized hiring for the Amazon University Talent Acquisition (AUTA) team for specific business groups such as AWS, Devices and Services, and Amazon Entertainment.

Responsibilities
  1. Partner with senior team members to understand hiring needs.
  2. Attract, source, assess, and hire students for niche roles across Amazon.
  3. Manage and track all candidate and campus information, consolidate and analyze results, and make recommendations for improvements.
  4. Manage customer expectations and business goals with bi-weekly business reviews, metrics, and status updates to customers and stakeholders.
  5. Manage end-to-end process administration from headcount-related administrative tasks to requisition creation, sourcing and assessment, interviewer securement, and hiring updates to key stakeholders.
  6. Participate in special projects or recruiting initiatives such as pilots and process improvement projects.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree required
  2. 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, project coordination, or talent acquisition

This position requires working 5 days onsite in SLU. The work environment is fast-paced, data-driven, and focused on specialized campus skills such as GenAI and Software Engineering Science. The team is high-performing, highly experienced, and passionate about mentoring and coaching.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
