This role requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with executional excellence. You will also contribute to improving recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience while supporting a collaborative and inclusive hiring environment.

This full-time position reports to the Senior Recruiting Manager and is expected to work in a hybrid model, which currently includes Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in-office.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and execute short- and long-term hiring strategies for complex or high-priority roles across assigned functions or business areas
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, align on hiring plans, and drive effective and timely hiring outcomes
  • Serve as a strategic talent partner to hiring leaders within your scope, providing guidance on role design, candidate profiles, and interview approach
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting development, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks
  • Design structured and effective interview processes, including developing relevant and inclusive interview questions

  • Ensure a positive, inclusive, and professional experience for candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process
  • Leverage recruiting data and metrics to evaluate pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, and process efficiency; apply insights to improve outcomes within your scope
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market insights, and emerging recruiting practices to enhance effectiveness
  • Contribute to recruiting initiatives and process improvements related to systems, workflows, tools, and candidate or hiring manager experience
  • Share best practices and provide guidance to peers and hiring teams to support overall recruiting effectiveness
What You Bring To The Table

  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple requisitions and priorities while delivering high-quality hiring outcomes
  • Strong understanding of modern recruiting practices, sourcing strategies, and tools; proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and related technologies (Greenhouse preferred)

  • Solid judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adjust to evolving business needs
  • Commitment to creating an inclusive hiring process and supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality throughout the recruiting process
  • Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Demonstrated AI literacy, enabling effective understanding, interaction, and critical evaluation of AI technologies and applications across diverse business functions
