Job summary

Springboard Healthcare seeks a sales-driven recruiter to connect clinicians with hospitals nationwide. You'll build relationships through calls, texts and social, own and grow your candidate pipeline, and guide therapists through hiring and onboarding.

You thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, bring 1–2+ years in sales, service or recruiting, and a high school diploma. The role offers a base salary of $45,000 plus uncapped commissions with year-one OTE of $75k–$95k and year-two OTE of

Compensation Range:

$45,000 Base Salary + Uncapped commission

• Year 1 OTE - $75K–$95K
