You will own the recruiting function from the ground up, shaping processes and scaling world-class teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting, a strong track record hiring top technical talent, and comfort thriving in ambiguity.

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a proven track record of hiring top technical talent.
• Experience supporting high-growth organizations and rapidly scaling teams.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and make sound decisions with limited information.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and a proactive, action-oriented recruiting approach.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance and closing.
• Design and continuously improve hiring processes that create an exceptional candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and keep hiring moving quickly and efficiently.
• Partner with executive leadership on talent strategy, workforce planning, and hiring priorities.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract highly qualified technical and non-technical talent.
• Build recruiting pipelines and help scale multiple teams from the ground up.
• Track recruiting metrics and use data to drive process improvements.
• Champion the company's culture and employer brand throughout the hiring process.

Logistics

Salary: $170,000–$237,000 annually - offers equity
