Addison Group is seeking a Contract Recruiter for a 6-month contract in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The role covers full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions and support for HR tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will partner with hiring managers, manage onboarding, and assist with benefit enrollment. Onsite position with potential for extension based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Previous general Human Resources experience is preferred.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, and online recruiting platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, confident, and customer-service-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual Spanish would be helpful!

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding.
• Identify qualified candidates using job boards, networking, and recruiting resources.
• Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Prepare and extend employment offers.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation sessions.
• Assist employees with benefit enrollment and onboarding documentation.
• Respond to general HR inquiries regarding payroll, attendance, policies, and procedures.
• Partner with managers to ensure an efficient hiring process.
• Provide occasional front desk support when needed.
• Assist with additional HR and administrative projects as assigned.

This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with hiring managers while gaining hands-on experience across recruiting, onboarding, and employee support in a fast-paced production environment.

The Contract Recruiter will lead the full recruitment lifecycle for hourly and salaried positions while assisting with a variety of Human Resources responsibilities. Additional Details:

• Six-month contract with the opportunity for extension based on business needs.
• Primarily based in Pleasant Prairie with occasional travel to a nearby distribution center.
