zTrip is seeking an energetic Recruiter to attract, interview, onboard, and support driver candidates throughout the hiring process. You will play a key role in growing our team of professional drivers and driving company growth.

The role involves sourcing candidates across job boards, referrals, and social media, conducting phone screens, guiding applicants through onboarding, and coordinating training schedules in a fast-paced environment. A people-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, HR, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse candidate backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Recruit driver candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and community outreach.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews.
• Guide candidates through hiring and onboarding process.
• Assist with background checks, licensing verification, and required paperwork.
• Coordinate orientation and training schedules.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified driver candidates.
• Follow up with new hires to support onboarding success.
• Partner with operations teams to meet hiring goals.
• Attend hiring events, job fairs, and recruiting activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate recruiting and hiring records.
