zTrip is seeking an energetic Recruiter to help grow our team of professional drivers. You will attract, interview, onboard, and support driver candidates throughout the hiring process, building strong relationships with applicants and operations teams.

In a fast-paced environment, you will manage job postings, screen candidates by phone, coordinate interviews, background checks, and licensing verification, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Formación

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, human resources, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit driver candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and community outreach.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews.
• Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
• Assist with background checks, licensing verification, and required paperwork.
• Coordinate orientation and training schedules.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified driver candidates.
• Follow up with new hires to support onboarding.
• Partner with operations teams to meet hiring goals.
• Attend hiring events and recruiting activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate recruiting and hiring records.
