Half Moon Plumbing is hiring a Recruiter to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent for both office and field positions, including plumbers, apprentices, technicians, and administrative staff.

You’ll work closely with leadership, shape culture, and support growth by sourcing talent, managing multiple openings, and engaging candidates throughout the hiring process.

Formación

• 1–3 years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or HR experience (agency or in-house).
• Strong sourcing skills and confidence reaching out to passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
• Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms.
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades, construction, or home services is a plus.
• Willingness to learn our industry and become a trusted hiring partner.

• Track recruiting activity and hiring progress.

About the Role

As our Recruiter, you'll help build the team that drives Half Moon Plumbing's success. You'll work directly with leadership to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent for both office and field positions, including plumbers, apprentices, technicians, and administrative staff.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $44,000–$55,000 per year

Bonus Opportunities: Additional incentives for successful field and technician hires
