Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across production, warehouse, distribution, and operations teams in Morrisville, NC. You will partner with plant leadership and hiring managers to attract talent in a fast-paced environment across multiple sites.

The role focuses on managing full-cycle recruiting for hourly and operations positions, building talent pipelines, and coordinating interviews and onboarding while tracking metrics for leadership updates.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or other high-volume environments preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience using ATS and HRIS platforms.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, but not required
