Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in corporate or staffing environments.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Experience recruiting passive candidates in Aerospace, Automotive, Engineering and Light Industrial sectors.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
• Polished, professional demeanor with exceptional communication skills.
• Sales mentality and ability to articulate value propositions to clients and candidates.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related business tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their technical hiring needs, including skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Source and attract candidates through portals, social media, networks, and referrals.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills and fit for client requirements.
• Evaluate resumes and portfolios to determine candidate qualifications against job descriptions.
• Build and maintain a network of technical professionals for proactive candidate engagement.
• Provide guidance to candidates through the recruitment process, including interview prep and onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication with candidates and clients.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client data in the ATS and other databases.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.
• Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities.

Recruiter Role

The Recruiter position is a key role in acquiring, selling, and hiring skilled and professional talent for both internal positions within the company and for AAA United States, Inc.'s customers in accordance with KPIs. This position requires an "out of the box" thinker that is driven to succeed. This position reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their technical hiring needs, including specific skills, qualifications, and cultural fit requirements.
• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including online job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and suitability for the client's requirements.
• Evaluate candidates' resumes, portfolios, and other relevant documents to determine their technical expertise and match with job descriptions.
• Build and maintain a strong network of technical professionals to proactively identify and engage with potential candidates.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the entire recruitment process, including interview preparation, negotiation, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely and effective communication with candidates and clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or other recruitment databases.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical recruitment.
• Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities to promote the company's services and expand the talent pool.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related recruiting, corporate or staffing industry is preferred.
• Some travel will be required.
• Experience in recruiting passive candidates specializing in any of the following: Aerospace, Automotive, Engineering and Light Industrial industries preferred.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
• Have a polished and professional demeanor with exceptional communication skills.
• Must have a sales mentality.
• Ability to work proficiently in the Microsoft Office environment.

Schedule

• 8-hour shift.
• Monday to Friday.
