The position will spend approximately 50-60% of their time supporting CRB's Early Career recruiting efforts, support the Early Career Program Manager which includes conducting intern and new graduate phone screens, coordinating career fair activities, tracking recruiting metrics and hiring progress, analyzing intern and new graduate data, and partnering with regional leaders to identify and support future talent needs.

The remaining portion of the role will provide recruiting coordination support across the broader Talent Acquisition team. Responsibilities include scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, supporting hiring activities, managing recruiting logistics, maintaining data accuracy within recruiting systems, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

This is a highly administrative and collaborative role that offers broad exposure to Talent Acquisition operations, campus recruiting, employer branding, recruiting analytics, and full-cycle recruiting processes. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and interested in growing their recruiting knowledge and experience within a fast-paced environment.
