  • Knowledge and sensitivity to cultural and community dynamics
  • Must have independent, reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Outreach: Maintain a referral network by collaborating with community organizations, service providers, and grassroots groups.
  • Conduct outreach efforts by calling potential participants, attending tabling events, and community engagement at partner activities to recruit participants.
  • Program material disbursement and canvassing service area to community organizations.
  • Coordinate with the direct services support team to ensure a welcoming and seamless introduction for new participants.
  • Attend in-person and contribute to weekly all-staff meetings and interdisciplinary team meetings.
  • Data Collection and Reporting: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date enrollment in the database to track recruitment efforts.
  • Collect and report data on recruitment activities and enrollment outcomes.
  • Analyze trends to optimize recruitment strategies and meet annual enrollment goals.

Job description

The Recruiter plays a critical role in building relationships, driving program enrollment, and ensuring that outreach efforts align with the program’s mission to serve the community effectively. The Recruiter will represent the program with professionalism and cultural sensitivity while actively seeking innovative ways to engage and enroll participants.
