Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage the full cycle of talent acquisition in Livermore, CA. You will source, screen, and close candidates while aligning with hiring managers to understand needs and build compelling job profiles.

You will review onboarding, coordinate interviews, post jobs, update descriptions, and maintain strong candidate relationships. Travel may be required; a GED and 3 years of recruiting experience are expected.

• Experience: 3 years of recruiting, onboarding and company branding.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Skills: Self-motivated with strong oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting process from sourcing to closing candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and build compelling job profiles.
• Review onboarding processes and monitor improvements based on business needs.
• Review resumes, schedule and conduct initial phone conversations.
• Schedule interviews with Hiring Managers and Area Supervisors and follow up on results.
• Post jobs on approved internal and external job boards.
• Review and update job descriptions for posting.
• Prepare weekly updates on open positions.
• Prepare offer letters and track status/documentation.
• Own the candidate relationship by keeping them engaged and informed.
• Coordinate with external recruiters/agencies when needed.
• Represent the organization's mission and values to candidates with professionalism.
• Provide results in a metric-driven environment.

• Manage full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, engaging, interviewing, qualifying, and closing candidates.
• Act as a business partner to hiring managers by understanding hiring needs and goals inside out, by building compelling job profiles, and by sharing actionable feedback and best practices.
• Regular review, restructuring, and monitoring of the onboarding process based on business needs
• Review resumes, schedule, and perform initial phone conversations with candidates
• Schedule interviews with Hiring Managers/Area Supervisors and follow up on results
• Post jobs on approved internal and external job boards
• Review and ensure job descriptions are current for posting
• Prepare weekly updates on open positions
• Preparation of offer letters and tracking of status or returned documentation
• Own the candidate relationship by keeping the candidate engaged and informed throughout the recruiting process.
• Work seamlessly with external recruiters and agencies when needed.
• Represent NORCAL Ambulance’s mission statement and core values to candidates with authenticity and professionalism.
• Provide results in a metric-driven environment.
• Other administrative duties as required
