Job summary

NORCAL Ambulance is seeking a results-driven Recruiting Specialist to manage the full cycle recruitment process at our Livermore location. You will source, engage, interview, qualify, and close candidates while partnering with hiring managers to create compelling job profiles and ensure timely hiring.

Responsibilities include reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, posting jobs, and preparing offers. Travel may be required; you will own the candidate relationship and work with external

Qualifications

• 3 years of recruiting, onboarding and company branding experience.
• Driver's license required; ability to travel to Livermore.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, engaging, interviewing, qualifying, and closing candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers by understanding needs and building compelling job profiles.
• Review resumes, schedule and conduct initial phone conversations with candidates.
• Schedule interviews with Hiring Managers/Area Supervisors and follow up on results.
• Post jobs on approved internal and external job boards; review and update job descriptions.
• Prepare weekly updates on open positions and track status of candidates.
• Prepare offer letters and ensure documentation is completed.
• Own the candidate relationship and work with external recruiters when needed.
• Represent NORCAL Ambulance’s mission and values; provide results in a metric-driven environment.
• Handle other administrative duties as required.

• Manage full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, engaging, interviewing, qualifying, and closing candidates.
• Act as a business partner to hiring managers by understanding hiring needs and goals inside out, by building compelling job profiles, and by sharing actionable feedback and best practices.
• Regular review, restructuring, and monitoring of the onboarding process based on business needs
• Review resumes, schedule, and perform initial phone conversations with candidates
• Schedule interviews with Hiring Managers/Area Supervisors and follow up on results
• Post jobs on approved internal and external job boards
• Review and ensure job descriptions are current for posting
• Prepare weekly updates on open positions
• Preparation of offer letters and tracking of status or returned documentation
• Own the candidate relationship by keeping the candidate engaged and informed throughout the recruiting process.
• Work seamlessly with external recruiters and agencies when needed.
• Represent NORCAL Ambulance’s mission statement and core values to candidates with authenticity and professionalism.
• Provide results in a metric-driven environment.
• Other administrative duties as required

Requirements

Skills and Knowledge: Self-Motivated; Strong oral and written communication skills

Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Experience: 3 years of recruiting, onboarding and company branding

License: Drivers (Required)
