Job summary

WHSmith North America seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner in Las Vegas, NV for full-cycle recruitment across functions. You will partner with hiring managers, drive hiring roadmaps, and build a strong candidate pipeline.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting offers, and managing ATS. This role emphasizes strategic recruiting plans, stakeholder engagement, and staying current with industry trends. Hybrid work environment in local area.

• Ability to source and place senior and niche candidates; significant experience identifying, screening, interviewing and closing technical candidates.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication and presentations skills.
• Ability to understand, articulate and present Company’s culture and business initiatives.
• Ability to deliver results with little supervision, and to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates.
• Active cultivation and participation in a positive, teamwork environment.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment of employees and temporary roles, including sourcing and presenting offers.
• Develop recruiting and sourcing plans for complex talent needs and high-level positions.
• Recruit for qualified candidates (internal/external) via careers site, job boards, and social platforms.
• Manage the application and interview process for internal applicants.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system with up-to-date candidate information.
• Present full offers to candidates and manage related inquiries.
• Plan and reevaluate recruitment activities based on defined goals and metrics.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Compensation: $25 per hour
