Randstad USA in Kings Mountain, NC is seeking an energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment in a fast-moving, high-volume environment. This onsite role demands closing hard-to-fill positions, managing interviews, and keeping candidates engaged while preserving quality and speed.

The position offers hourly pay of $21–$22, with full benefits and a strong onboarding focus. Expect a dynamic schedule, coaching, and hands-on HR collaboration to support client partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Fully onsite recruitment with no remote work.
• Run high-volume recruitment and onboarding, including i9s and backgrounds.
• Post job ads and respond to candidates quickly to maintain momentum.
• Maintain a candidate pipeline, bringing in around 15 hires weekly.
• Guide recruited talent through payroll and HR-related issues.
• Ensure client satisfaction and a thriving partnership.
• Monitor daily attendance and participate in reviews and coaching.
• Conduct safety floor walks and drive talent engagement.

We are growing fast, and we need a high-energy Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in momentum. If you love the thrill of closing hard-to-fill roles, running tight interview pipelines, and keeping candidates engaged without losing quality for speed, this is your zone. You’ll own the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering directly with hiring managers to scale our teams in a fast-changing, high-volume environment.

salary: $21 - $22 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Fully onsite position-No remote work available
• High Volume Recruitment (along with onboarding talent- running backgrounds, submitting i9s)
• Posting job ads and responding to candidates at a fast pace
• Able to maintain a pipeline of candidates, bringing in around 15 new hires per week- sometimes more!
• Manage the candidates you hire on- not only will you recruit, but you will manage the talent you've recruited (payroll, HR Issues, etc...)
• Client satisfaction- working hand-in-hand with our client to ensure our partnership is thriving
• Daily attendance monitoring
• Performance reviews and coaching
• Safety floor walks and talent engagement
