Uline is seeking a Recruiter at our Texas facility to match quality candidates with roles at the Irving distribution center. Hours are Mon-Fri, 8-5. Join a team backed by 45+ years of success with growth opportunities and strong benefits.

Responsibilities include high-volume recruiting for warehouse, customer service, office and sales roles; collaborating with managers to plan recruitment; and networking with agencies and universities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR recruitment / talent acquisition experience.

Position Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Available for travel to job fairs, recruitment events and field locations.
