Job summary

Independence Realty Trust, Inc. is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team, supporting multiple markets including Atlanta, Dallas, Orlando. You will source candidates, manage requisitions in ATS, and partner with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through offer.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish, has full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced setting, and excels in communication and relationship-building.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience using an ATS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates via job boards, social media, networking, referrals.
• Manage open requisitions in ATS, posting jobs and moving candidates.
• Build talent pipelines for high-volume roles.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, evaluate qualifications.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers across markets.
• Coordinate pre-employment steps and background screenings.
• Ensure smooth recruitment-to-onboarding transition.
• Administer employee referral program and track referrals.
• Support recruiting events and TA projects.
