What You’ll Do

As a recruiter, your key responsibilities include

• Talent Identification & Evaluation: Engage with candidates and assess their potential through thoughtful conversations, contextual analysis, and nuanced judgment, not just resume review.
• Candidate Conversations: Conduct phone interviews that go beyond surface‑level questions to uncover motivations, strengths, and growth potential.
• Insight Development: Turn observations into ideas. Share candidate insights that help hiring managers assess fit and long‑term impact.
• Continuous Learning: Reflect on hiring outcomes and share feedback that helps us refine how we assess and engage talent.

Who You Are

A bachelor's degree is required for this role.

Cash Compensation

Total cash compensation is generally around $103,000 to $118,000 and includes a profit sharing based on company profitability.
