Job summary

Private Label Staff (PLS) is seeking a motivated Recruiter to support one of our dedicated client accounts while assisting with recruiting initiatives that help grow our business. .

You will source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting tools, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate records in the ATS. This remote role offers growth into Senior Recruiter, Account Management, or Recruiting Leadership as the company expands.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting or related experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or an ATS is a plus.
