Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) in Rogers, AR is seeking recruiters who will own the candidate search process, collaborate with your on-site hiring manager, and drive results in a fast-paced, in-office setting. Training is provided for recent graduates, with a clear path for advancement.

Base salary starts at 47,500 with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and uncapped bonuses. Expect a metrics-driven environment, strong relationship building, and opportunities to promote within the structured career ladder.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with candidates and hiring managers to fill positions with top talent.
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through diverse sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone screens and manage interviews from sourcing to offer, ensuring smooth onboarding.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in Avature ATS.
• Process onboarding paperwork with high accuracy.

What you’ll do:

• Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, while ensuring candidates’ initial onboarding experience is seamless
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy
