Job summary

Osmo is seeking a Recruiter to connect people with purpose and build high-performing teams for our fragrance manufacturing facility and expansion. This role blends strategy, process excellence, and passionate talent engagement.

You will partner with hiring managers, source broadly (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals), and manage full-cycle recruiting using Ashby or Greenhouse, with on-site presence in NJ at least 3 days a week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing, operations, and business functions.
• Proven ability to build diverse and qualified pipelines for various roles.
• Direct sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Experience with ATS like Ashby or Greenhouse is required.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Passionate about assembling high-performing teams for Osmo's growth.
• Available to be onsite at least 3 days per week in NJ.

Job Description

Osmo is looking for a Recruiter who is passionate about connecting people with purpose, capable of sharing the Osmo story across all levels of talent, and driven to build high‑performing teams for our fragrance manufacturing facility and overall expansion. This role combines strategic vision, process excellence, and a genuine enthusiasm for engaging talent to support Osmo’s mission of innovation and excellence in digital olfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit for diverse talent on all tiers within manufacturing, operations, business, and specialized fragrance industry roles, ensuring alignment with Osmo's mission and values.
• Support full‑cycle recruiting across a variety of roles, from strategic sourcing to offer.
• Utilize multiple sourcing strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, etc.) to identify and engage high‑quality candidates while leveraging networks.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify needs and craft unique recruitment strategies.
• Leverage Ashby (or similar ATS) to streamline the hiring process and coordinating interviews candidate on‑site, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
• Collaborate with HR to optimize recruitment workflows, meet tight hiring cycles, and continuously enhance the candidate journey.
• Proactively build and maintain robust talent pipelines to meet current and future needs, establishing meaningful connections, trust and rapport to ensure a valued and informed candidate experience.
• Champion the Osmo story, inspiring candidates by effectively communicating Osmo's mission, culture, values and opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full‑cycle recruiting and a proven track record of successfully filling roles across manufacturing, operations, and business functions.
• Direct sourcing experience (ie. LinkedIn Recruiter) with a demonstrated ability to build diverse and qualified pipelines for a variety of positions and levels.
• Proficiency with Application Tracking Systems (ATS) like Ashby or Greenhouse.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent time and task management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, comfortable with shifting priorities and making things happen efficiently and effectively.
• Passionate about building teams, sharing excitement for Osmo’s innovative journey.
• Available to be onsite at least 3 days per week in NJ.

Ways to stand out

• You have experience in the fragrance industry or can quickly gain the expertise to recruit top talent in this specialized field.

Base Salary: $95k-$130k per year
