Job summary

Rising Edge Group, an electrical contracting company, is hiring a Recruiter to source and attract top talent for our US/Canada operations. You’ll work with hiring managers to design roles, implement sourcing strategies, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

You will screen candidates, conduct interviews, and negotiate offers while leveraging ATS and MS Office to track metrics. This role offers growth within a safety-focused, people-driven culture across North America.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
  • Experience in construction, project management and renewable energy in US/Canada is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with ATS and MS Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of labor market trends and employment laws.

Responsibilities

  • Source and attract top talent to Rising Edge Group.
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies from scratch.
  • Screen resumes, interview, and assess candidates for fit.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from posting to offers.
  • Maintain candidate records and metrics in ATS.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies when needed.
  • Represent the company at job fairs and networking events.
  • Guide hiring managers through the recruitment process for a positive candidate experience.
  • Negotiate offers and prepare letters.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics to improve strategies.
  • Support succession planning and identify high-potential talent.
  • Provide market insights to leadership on talent availability.

What You'll Do??

The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent to meet the hiring needs of Rising Edge Group. This role requires a strategic mindset to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies and practices tailored to the company's workforce requirements. The successful candidate will actively connect with candidates to address Rising Edge's needs. They will work closely with hiring managers across various departments to understand their needs and ensure a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions.
  • Implement a comprehensive sourcing strategy to attract candidates through various channels, actively connecting with candidate networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and fit with the company culture.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from advertisement through offer negotiations and pre-employment requirements.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment metrics.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies when necessary.
  • Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and networking opportunities to promote the Rising Edge Group brand.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Conduct salary negotiations and prepare offer letters.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and suggest improvements.
  • Support succession planning efforts by identifying high-potential internal and external talent for critical roles.
  • Conduct talent market research to support workforce planning in new and emerging markets.
  • Provide strategic insights to leadership on talent availability and trends relevant to business expansion.

Requirements

What We're Looking For??
