Scion Staffing is seeking a Recruiter to add to our award-winning and growing team! This position is 100% remote and for immediate hire in the state of Portland, Oregon or Dallas Fort-Worth, Texas. If you’re a socially driven individual who has a passion for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced, metrics-driven team environment, then this is the place for you!
The Recruiter will work with our Division Leader and other staffing team members to support the growth and success of the firm’s temporary and direct hire workforce placements. The Senior Recruiter should have proven experience in full life cycle recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for administrative, labor, human resources, finance, medical and management positions for Scion Staffing clientele. This fully remote position requires well-executed hands-on account relationship development skills, business savviness, and innovative strategies for effective talent recruitment. This position offers a base salary between $50,000 - $60,000 dependent on experience and location, plus a very competitive uncapped commission structure. The average total compensation for a Scion Staffing Recruiter with three or more years of experience is $90,000+. Earnings increase from there as you gain more experience and perform and there is a ton of room for growth and advancement!
