Job summary

Summa Health is seeking a skilled recruitment professional to effectively source, screen, and interview candidates for multiple roles across the health system. You will work with the central talent team and department managers to assess needs, ensure compliant processes, and drive on-boarding success with data-driven insights.

This full-time role requires collaboration, strong communication, and a passion for helping others in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Two (2) years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition or related field managing people.
  • Experience in a collaborative environment.
  • Skill in use of computerized packages or ability to acquire such skills to operate HR application packages.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, organization and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Passion for helping others and people-focused mindset.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Ability to analyze data and interpret information for decision making.
  • Strong attention to detail and process ownership.
  • Knowledge of current HR laws and guidelines.
  • Population-specific competency when engaging with patients/customers.

  • Implements consistent processes to ensure onboarding, compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Provides data related to overall utilization of staff.

Summary

Minimum Qualifications
  • Formal Education Required:

The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay. Please keep in mind that the range that is listed is the full base salary range. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical.
