Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified driver candidates.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, community outreach, and other recruiting channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective drivers.
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and follow-up communications.
• Achieve hiring goals through proactive recruiting efforts.
• Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and community functions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate and conduct onboarding and orientation activities for Independent Contractors (ICs).
• Guide new drivers through application requirements, compliance documentation, and onboarding procedures.
• Ensure a smooth, professional, and welcoming onboarding experience.
• Assist candidates with questions and provide support throughout the hiring process.
• Build positive relationships with drivers and newly onboarded contracts.
• Promote a positive company culture through regular communication and engagement.
• Address concerns and connect drivers with appropriate resources and support teams.
• Partner with leadership to support retention initiatives and driver satisfaction programs.
• Encourage long-term success through ongoing relationship-building efforts.
• Maintain accurate recruiting, hiring, and onboarding records.
• Track hiring activity, onboarding completion, and recruitment metrics.
• Prepare reports and provide updates to management as needed.
• Support workforce planning and other recruiting-related initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a positive candidate and driver experience.

Key Responsibilities of a Recruiter

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
