trak group in Cincinnati is seeking a hands-on Recruiter to join our recruiting team and help local professionals advance their careers while supporting manufacturing growth across Greater Cincinnati. This full-cycle recruiting role rewards a people-first, results-driven approach with meaningful impact.

You'll source, screen, and place talent in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire roles, building relationships and guiding candidates through offers and next steps.

• Develop genuine relationships with candidates, understanding goals and guiding them through the process.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and support offers and next steps.
• Stay organized and proactive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

As a Recruiter, you will join trak group's recruiting team and play a hands-on role in helping local professionals take the next step in their careers while supporting the growth of manufacturing teams throughout the region.
