Job summary

YQN Logistics Co. is seeking a proactive full-cycle Recruiter to join the HR team in Chicago, IL onsite. You will design recruitment strategies, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit.

You will partner with hiring managers, coordinate interview logistics, and manage offers and onboarding while keeping meticulous records. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and proven full-cycle recruiting experience, with preference for Chinese language skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven recruiting experience, preferably full-cycle.
• Chinese speaking and reading proficiency is preferred.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR software.
