Corning Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. You will partner with managers, HR, and leaders to attract and hire top talent, delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

The role covers full lifecycle recruiting, building pipelines, advising on market trends, and supporting events and ramp-ups. Local travel may be needed; sponsorship is not provided. Salary range is disclosed in the posting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience including technical, manufacturing, and/or high-volume recruitment.
• Strong foundation in full-cycle recruiting and talent attraction strategies.
• Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with hiring managers, HR, and business leaders.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.

Role Purpose

Experiences/Education - Required

• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience including technical, manufacturing and/or high volume recruitment
• Strong foundation in full-cycle recruiting and talent attraction strategies.
• Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with hiring managers, HR, and business leaders.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as SuccessFactors and talent CRM platforms such as Phenom to manage pipelines, candidate engagement, and recruiting activities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused, collaborative team player with a passion for delivering exceptional hiring outcomes and experiences.
• Continuous improvement mindset with an interest in leveraging technology and innovative recruiting practices.

Location:This role is based in Charlotte, NC and may include some local and domestic travel as needed to other Corning locations.

The range for this position is$70,439.00-$96,854.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
