Job summary

Renaissance Personnel Group in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Recruiter (Skilled Trades) to own full-cycle recruiting for electricians, laborers, plumbers, and other field trades. This on-site role supports growth with direct sourcing and a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

You will build processes from scratch, screen candidates, and collaborate across HR and operations. The position is on-site Monday–Thursday with Fridays work-from-home, offering 80–90K DOE and solid benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience directing recruiting for skilled trades (electricians, laborers, plumbers, drywallers, HVAC, or similar).
• Knowledge of direct sourcing and networking tradespeople.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required.

Recruiter (Skilled Trades) On-Site, | Chandler, AZ Full-Time, Direct Hire | $80–$90K DOE

An established commercial electrical contractor is growing to meet rising demand, serving clients across the office, industrial, and medical sectors. They're looking for someone to own the recruiting function to build the pipeline of skilled electricians and field personnel to meet company growth objectives.

What You'll Do:

• Own full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades: sourcing, screening, and networking your way to qualified electricians and field talent.
• Use direct sourcing to reach candidates
• Build and nurture a talent pipeline
• Implement recruiting processes from scratch and advise on the resources and tools
• Bring fresh ideas that improve how we attract and retain field talent.
• Flex into other areas of the business during slower recruiting stretches such as: supporting HR, marketing, or wherever your strengths can move the company forward.

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience directing recruiting for skilled trades: electricians, laborers, plumbers, drywallers, HVAC, or similar talent pool
• A clear understanding of how and where to reach tradespeople, how to screen them, and how to network
• Proven direct sourcing skills
• Experience where wearing many hats is the norm, not the exception
• Smart, savvy, and self-directed
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, though not required.
